Claimed directory profile

Show your registration details, services, languages and direct contact link in the neutral directory. Payment never changes the ordinary directory order.

Practitioner OS

$99/month

Founding-member pricing. Includes Official Migration Alerts, matters, clients, messages, tasks and the solo practice workspace. Your basic claimed directory profile remains free. GST-inclusive, invoiced monthly through Stripe, cancel any time.

Cancel any time, with a clear first-payment promise

Cancellation stops the next renewal. Ask within 14 calendar days for a full refund of your first Practitioner OS or staff-seat payment if the plan has not been materially used. Account setup does not count as use; receiving an alert or using Practitioner OS with real client or matter data does. This is additional to rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Read the full cancellation and refund policy.

Whose money goes where

Your professional fees are yours. Consultation and engagement fees are arranged and paid outside YourVisaSite under your agreement with the client. They never pass through, or wait in, a YourVisaSite account.
We never take a percentage. Practitioner OS is a flat subscription and Official Migration Alerts are included. The planned acquisition-fee system is disabled for launch.
Verification and applying are free. Registration checks (MARN or practising certificate, PI insurance) cost nothing, and you pay nothing until you choose to start the Practitioner OS subscription.

Government charges are separate — and never paid here

The Visa Application Charge (VAC) is what applicants pay the Department of Home Affairs for their visa application, in their own ImmiAccount. It is not a YourVisaSite fee, appears on no invoice from us, and none of the pricing on this page has anything to do with it.

The practice suite

Matters, client portal, questionnaires, firm-authored document templates, neutral workflows, deadlines, reporting and bounded data import are included with your Practitioner OS subscription for you as a solo practitioner.

Staff seats —$49 per month for each additional active staff member. The owner's seat is already included with Practitioner OS.
No platform template add-on — practitioners create and control their own templates. The former platform-authored migration template library is not sold.
