Privacy collection notice — summary
We collect account and profile details, alert choices, billing and retained historical booking references, support messages, and security and activity records. If you use the practice or applicant tools, we also store the client, matter, document, questionnaire, communication, task, deadline, and payment-record information you choose to add. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by YourVisaSite.
We use this information to provide and secure the service, deliver the alerts and messages you request, process subscriptions, support users, keep audit evidence, prevent fraud, and meet lawful obligations. We do not use private visa or client-file information to decide eligibility or to rank sponsored practitioners.
A practitioner or firm sees information only through the enquiry, access, portal, or client relationship recorded in the platform. Service providers such as Supabase, Stripe, Resend, and Vercel process the limited information needed to host, secure, bill, and deliver the service. We may disclose information when lawfully required or when needed to investigate serious misuse. We do not sell personal information.
The primary database and uploaded-file storage are configured in Sydney, Australia. Email, payment, hosting, fraud-prevention, and support providers may process limited information in other countries under their service arrangements. Private documents and client-file content are not sent to a third-party AI service by the core product.
You can remove ordinary applicant documents and request account closure. Some records cannot be deleted immediately when they are needed for security, billing, a dispute, a complaint, a legal hold, backup recovery, or a practitioner's file-retention duty. Practice owners control their client files and can export them. The platform records the reason when a preservation hold prevents normal deletion.
We use privacy-limited page analytics to understand which public pages are useful. Sponsored-directory impressions and clicks use a first-party browser identifier, fraud signals, and short-lived attribution evidence so a click can be counted once. This evidence is not used to assess a visa application.
You can change alert preferences, unsubscribe, revoke supported sharing, export available account or practice data, and ask us to access or correct personal information. To make a privacy request, report impersonation, or complain, email support@yourvisasite.com or use the contact and complaints page.
