Application by a Subclass 445 Dependent Child for a Permanent Partner Visa

What it is for

This form allows a person holding an Extended Eligibility (Dependent Child, subclass 445) visa to be added to a parent's permanent partner visa application. It provides the pathway for that child, and any of their own dependants, to be included so the permanent partner outcome can extend to them.
