- What it is for
- A monitoring survey through which holders of certain Business Skills, Business Talent or Business Innovation and Investment visas report on their business activity and economic contribution in Australia. It supports the Department's program to track how these visa holders are participating in the Australian economy.
- Who completes it
- The Business Skills visa holder (the applicant/holder), completed only when the Department instructs them to do so.
- Information it collects (in general terms)
- General categories include the holder's personal and contact details, options for written communications and appointing a representative or authorised recipient, consent to share the survey with the sponsoring state or territory agency, and information and supporting evidence about the holder's business ownership, activities and economic involvement in Australia.
- When it is used
- Used after a business visa has been granted, only when the Department directs the holder to complete it as part of ongoing monitoring of business skills visa outcomes.
