- What it is for
- This form records the advice of a Regional Certifying Body on whether an employer's regional nomination meets specified requirements, providing that assessment to the Department of Home Affairs.
- Who completes it
- It is completed by the relevant Regional Certifying Body (the third-party certifying authority for the region), not by the visa applicant.
- Information it collects (in general terms)
- It captures general categories of information about the nominating business or organisation and its representative, the nominated position and proposed nominee, the occupation and salary level, details of the certifying body and its signatory, and the body's assessment and reasons for supporting or not supporting the nomination.
- When it is used
- It is used for Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS) Direct Entry stream and Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (SESR) Employer Sponsored stream nominations that require a Regional Certifying Body assessment; Temporary Residence Transition and Labour Agreement stream nominations do not require it.
This site is not affiliated with the Australian Government. Forms are completed and lodged in your own ImmiAccount; this platform never submits anything to the department.
