Application for Status Resolution Support Services (SRSS)

What it is for

This form is used to apply for the Status Resolution Support Services program, a support arrangement that assists people to resolve their immigration status and transition toward mainstream community services. It is completed together with an SRSS Provider, who forwards it to the Department for assessment against the program's eligibility criteria.

Who completes it

The applicant (an asylum seeker or non-citizen in the community seeking support), completed jointly with an SRSS Provider who submits it on their behalf.

When it is used
