What it is for
This form records a voluntary undertaking by a Pacific Engagement Visa (PEV) applicant to participate in the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) after arrival in Australia, offered as an alternative way to address the visa's English language requirement.
Who completes it
The PEV applicant lodges the undertaking, and it may also apply to a spouse or de facto partner included in the application who is unable to demonstrate the required level of English.
Information it collects (in general terms)
It gathers the person's name and date of birth, passport details where held, and a signed undertaking to register for and participate in the AMEP once in Australia if eligible.
When it is used
It is used when a PEV applicant (or their included partner) cannot demonstrate the required English proficiency and chooses to commit to the AMEP, attaching the signed undertaking to the visa application through ImmiAccount.

This site is not affiliated with the Australian Government. Forms are completed and lodged in your own ImmiAccount; this platform never submits anything to the department.
