- What it is for
- This form lets holders of Business Skills visas record their Australian residential address with the Department of Home Affairs and report any subsequent change to it. It is a notification document rather than a visa application.
- Who completes it
- The visa holder, including any family-unit members aged 18 or over who each hold a Business Skills (Provisional, Residence or Permanent), Business Innovation and Investment, or Business Talent visa.
- Information it collects (in general terms)
- Personal identifying details of the visa holder together with their residential address information, and options for nominating an authorised recipient or agent for correspondence.
- When it is used
- It is used after a relevant Business Skills visa is granted, to notify the initial residential address within the required timeframe after arrival or grant, and again whenever the address changes during the early period following arrival or grant.
