- What it is for
- This form is used to notify a state or territory business development agency of an intending business migrant's details and area of business interest so the agency has basic knowledge of the applicant and can provide information about business and lifestyle in that jurisdiction.
- Who completes it
- The visa applicant who has applied, or intends to apply, under a relevant Business Skills residence subclass, completing and sending the form to one or more state or territory agencies.
- Information it collects (in general terms)
- Personal and contact details, main language, the visa subclass applied for, business name, address and industry information, and prior sponsorship history, plus a declaration and an agency certification section.
- When it is used
- It is used before lodging a Business Skills class visa application, when an applicant chooses to notify the business development agency in a state or territory where they intend to operate a business; the completed form is then included with the visa application.
